Last updated: 13 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how nQuorate Technology Solutions Private Limited ("nQuorate", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (nquorate.ai) and platform (app.nquorate.ai) (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
nQuorate Technology Solutions Private Limited is the data controller for the Services. Registered office: WeWork Two Horizon Center, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. CIN: U62011HR2026PTC145853. You can reach us at contact@nquorate.com.
2. Information we collect
Account & contact details you provide as an invited user - such as name, work email, and organization.
Usage & device data - log data, and cookie/analytics information generated when you use the Services.
Communications - messages you send us and records of support requests.
3. Synthetic panels & registry data
The platform simulates physician (HCP) panels. Some synthetic profiles are informed by publicly available professional registry information (for example, the U.S. NPPES registry) to model realistic, aggregate respondent characteristics. This professional information is used solely to power simulations. It is not used to contact, market to, or make decisions about any individual physician.
4. How we use information
To operate, provide, and secure the Services; to generate and improve simulations; for account management and support; to prevent fraud and abuse; to comply with legal obligations; and to communicate with you about the Services.
5. AI service providers
We use third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate content. Only the minimum necessary context is shared, and such processing is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not permit your content to be used to train third-party public models where an opt-out is available to us.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers and subprocessors (such as hosting and analytics) under contract, when required by law or regulation, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
7. Storage, security & location
Data is hosted with reputable cloud providers and protected using industry-standard technical and organizational measures. Data may be processed in US and in other countries where our providers operate; where it is transferred internationally, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law - including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) - you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise these rights, contact contact@nquorate.com.
10. Cookies & analytics
